Richard Bridge is the founding partner of bdlegal and provides expert advice across a variety of law disciplines including commercial and property, trust law, estate law, litigation and corporate commercial debt recovery.
Richard worked in one of Australia’s leading national law firms before making a decision to focus on providing highly quality legal services to SMEs in regional Victoria. Lifestyle and a young family drove the desire to start bdlegal.
Richard provides full and frank professional opinions and while not necessarily what a client wants to hear, will invariably enable the client to make the most appropriate decision for them in their given situation. Richard focuses on investigating, analysing and implementing risk management and risk allocation strategies for his clients in all aspects of legal work he undertakes.
Richard has a law degree with honours from Bond University and a Masters of Law Degree with honours from University of Melbourne.
Richard’s main aim in commencing bdlegal was to provide a legal service to small and medium enterprises and individuals based around the provision of commercial and legal solutions on a cost effective basis with the client outcome as the primary focus.
Richard also provides pro bono legal services to various not for profit charitable groups in the Baw Baw Shire area.
